Katherine Keough

Physiotherapist

Katherine Keough

Katherine is a physiotherapist with a Master’s in Applied Physical Therapy from McGill University, following her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Concordia University. Her dual background in physiotherapy and kinesiology allows her to take a well-rounded, movement-based approach to rehabilitation—harnessing the power of exercise to support healing, recovery, and performance.

Katherine has completed further advanced certifications in hands-on manual therapy, one of her special areas of interest. This allows her to integrate manual techniques with specialized, sport-specific exercise programs to optimize outcomes and accelerate healing times.

Her areas of special interest include back pain, chronic pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction in both men and women. She treats a wide range of pelvic health conditions, including urinary incontinence, constipation, postpartum recovery, endometriosis, and pelvic or perineal pain, among others.

Maintaining an active and adventurous lifestyle is integral to her approach. Katherine stays active year-round—cross-country skiing and skating in the winter, and running, biking, and swimming through the summer months while training for the next triathlon. This personal commitment to movement gives her a practical, empathetic perspective on injury-prevention and recovery, whether working active individuals, or those simply looking to move better.

Her goal is to create a patient, welcoming environment for patients to heal from pain and symptoms that limit them while trying new ways of moving and being active.
