Physiotherapist
Helen holds a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from McGill University and is a member of the Ordre Professionnel des Physiothérapeutes du Quebec. She has experience working with a multitude of populations, including older adults, individuals living with chronic pain, athletes recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, and those requiring pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Commited to continuous learning, Helen has pursued advanced training in musculoskeletal and manual therapy to refine her expertise and deliver the highest level of care to her clients. Alongside her role at AXiO, Helen is part of the team at the Constance-Lethbridge Rehabilitation Center, where she helps individuals with complex and chronic pain regain function and improve their quality of life.
Helen uses a holistic, personalized approach, addressing all factors contributing to an injury and empowering clients to return to activities that matter to them. Her passion for weightlifting, running, and hiking enhances her understanding of her clients’ challenges and goals.
